General of Pakistan. All fees are non-refundable.

The
use of Express Mail is recommended for all deliveries. Self addressed
prepaid envelope should be included if sending by mail. (USE USPS
Express Mail ONLY for urgent items. We DO RECEIVE envelopes through
FedEx, UPS, DHL and Airborne Express, but we CANNOT SEND return
envelopes through them. Kindly ensure that return envelopes are of USPS
only). Kindly note that the Consulate shall not be responsible for loss
of documents sent by mail.
Note: No fee charged for extension of limited validity passport. If NICOP/CNIC
is shown, passport of limited validity is extended for free.
