Pakistani passport, CNIC/NICOP of husband and wife.

***Remember, if you are a US citizen, all documents that have to be
attested have to be first notarized by the US Department of State.
The documents such as birth and death certificates, Marriage,
divorce certificates which are issued from Pakistan must have been
first attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan.
Similarly all education certificates and degrees issued from
Pakistan will only be attested by the Embassy and Pakistani
consulates if they are attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
of Pakistan.***
