NICOP/CNIC/POC

Please note that the Consulate General of Pakistan Chicago DOES NOT make NICOP or Any other form of ID Cards.

The Consulate General is unable to issue Machine Readable Passport (MRP) or process National Identity card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) applications but we hope to get these facilities shortly.

NICOP/CNIC/POC are made in Pakistan, but overseas Pakistanis can send applications through Missions abroad. In the US the following offices process NICOP/CNIC/POC applications (also has links to downloadable forms).

Before downloading the form, please check which Consulate covers your State and send your application directly to them.
